DIET DURING PREGNANCY: WHAT TO AVOID

Diet during pregnancy is about making the best choice for the health of both moms and babies. Realizing which foods to avoid can guide you in building the best diet regime for your pregnancy weight gain management.
 

Seafood and Fish
Carrying a child is not the right moment for sushi. In any caseIn any case , only eat the diy type with everything well-cooked. Greens

Booze and Coffee

Also take note on did it yourself sausce such as mayonnaise, Caesar dressings, Hollandaise sauces or homemade ice cream, custards that eggs might have been still uncooked.
 

For dairy products, steer clear of soft or semi soft cheeses such as Brie, Camembert, Roquefort, Feta, Gorgonzola, Queso blanco, Queso fresco, etc. As they might consist of bacteria called Listeria. Ensure that any milk you drink is pasteurized.
